1. The person registering a team as coordinator MUST be at least 18 years old and responsible for full payment of team fees. 2. All team fees are due at first game. 3. Schedules will be available at registration or at first game for teams who have paid fees in full and who have submitted complete Roster/Waiver forms. 4. All teams must provide jerseys or pennies. In the event of a conflict of jersey colors, the first team listed will change jerseys. 5. Shin guards are Mandatory for all players. 6. No one under 16 can play on an adult team. 7. A proof of age must be available upon request for all ages. 8. A $25 service charge for each returned check. 9. Payment can be made by cash, check, Visa, Mastercard or Discover. 10. There will be no refunds after registration. 11. An 18% APR will be applied to all unpaid balances and games made by forfeites. 12. If KKAthletics has to cancel games, make-up(s) will be rescheduled.
